Few calories eat, all vegetables are good,
Preservatives will surely make you fatter.
Avoid all sweets, and never fry your food,
No wine or beer, to lower chance of cancer.
But wait! Your mitochondr’a will degrade:
Kill cells, stop stem cells from occurring,
Unless endurance exercise is made,
Long hours of hiking, cycling or of running.
These sports preclude a diet Mediterranean.
Eat many carbohydrates, fat and protein.
